Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Sarpong, Diocesan Youth Chaplain for Obuasi Diocesan (OBUDYC) has urged the newly elected Diocesan Youth Executives to be faithful and committed to the youth of the Diocese and endeavor to work for their spiritual growth.

The newly elected executives include Peter K. Dindorie Chairperson, Michael Adjei
Vice-Chairperson, and Thomas Amoako Boateng Secretary

Vice Secretary, Augustina Amponsah Poku
Treasurer, Thomas A.Okyere Financial Secretary and Emileo Buomamwini Esau
Public Relations Officer

Peter K. Dindorie, the newly elected Chairperson in his acceptance speech pledged his team’s commitment to the growth of the Youth in the Diocese.

“This honor testifies the significance of the roles we all have accepted to play in our various portfolios. We, thus, want to empower the youth to secure a ‘future in focus’ by acknowledging one needs.”

Peter K. Dindorie was grateful to Most Rev. John Yaw Afoakwah the Catholic Bishop of Obuasi, the Diocesan Youth Chaplain Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Sarpong, and all deaneries, parishes, rectorates, pastoral units, and all movements that come together to form the youth council for the platform “to learn and grow whiles they serve mother church.”
